My journey toward fitness is all how I make it. I have to set my own personal goals and stick to it. My main goal for this class is to loose weight and be more fit. All that means is I want to be able to do more pull-ups, push-ups, curl-ups,etc. It's not going to be much of a challenge because i make a habit out of working out anyway, but I'm going to have to work harder.

By having the right metal attitude I can reach any goal I disire. If you really have the heart to complete something you should go for it. If it doesn't work out the first time always try again. It will always be hard to reach a goal in life but with strive and determination anything is possible. If i wish to be something in life i have to having the right attitude for it.
